As we seek to fulfill God's vision to "make disciples who make disciples," we equip the small group leaders and apprentices through monthly leadership training.  The monthly leadership meetings model the small group experience:

- Book Discussion *

- Teaching/Exhortation

- Prayer Ministry

* Each year the leaders and apprentices journey through a book that will help equip them in their leadership role.  Some of the books include No More Spectators - The 8 Life-Changing Values of Disciple Makers by Mark Nysewander and The Master Plan of Evangelism and Discipleship by Robert E. Coleman.
